we show you the step-by-step process to configure the view that displays all your conversations inside the CRM.
In the side menu, go to Conversations → All Conversations.
2. By default, the system only shows open conversations.
Click the filters icon to configure the view and display all conversations.
3. Uncheck the default “Open” option, change it to “All”, and click “Apply Filters.”
Once you click “Apply Filters,” all the conversations handled by your connected AI Agents will automatically appear in your CRM.
